Sugar production process
1. Selection of Quality Raw Material:
The production sugar starts with careful selection of quality raw material - sugar beet. The farmers working with the company grow sugar beet keeping in mind all the necessary parameters to produce high quality raw material.

2. Harvesting and Transport:
After reaching optimum maturity, the sugar beet is harvested by machines, minimising damage to the roots. The freshly harvested roots are then transported to specialised facilities for further processing.

3. Cleaning and Pre-processing:
At the factory, the beetroot goes through a cleaning and pre-treatment process where earth residues and other impurities are removed. The root crops are then crushed and the juice containing sugar is extracted.

4- Juice Purification:
The juice goes through a cleaning and filtration process to remove solids and other impurities. This ensures a clean and clear syrup containing high concentration of sugar.

5. Crystallisation and Drying:
The pure syrup undergoes crystallisation, resulting in the formation of sugar crystals. The crystals are then separated from the remaining syrup and the drying process begins. The sugar is subjected to careful temperature and humidity control to achieve a certain degree of dryness.

6. Refining:
The resulting crystals undergo a refining process where molasses residue and other impurities are removed. This gives the sugar its characteristic white colour and a more neutral flavour.

7. Packaging:
The purified and refined sugar is packed in bags or other containers according to customer requirements. Here, special attention is paid to the tightness of the packaging to prevent moisture and maintain the quality of the sugar.

The process of creating borage sugar is a carefully planned and controlled process, right from the selection of quality raw materials to the packaging of the finished product. A company that follows every step of the production process can provide its customers with the highest quality sugar with purity, flavour and nutritional value.
