Honey production process
Creating natural and delicious honey is a careful and labour-intensive process that starts with the hard work of bees and ends with the caring hands of the beekeeper.

1. Nectar Gathering:
Bees go to the fields in search of flowering plants where they collect nectar. This sweet sap becomes the main raw material for future honey.

2. Transfer of nectar to the hive:
The bees carry the collected nectar to the hive where the process of processing begins. Inside the hive, the bees mix the nectar with enzymes, starting the fermentation process.

3. Cell sealing:
When the contents of the honeycomb become the consistency of honey, the bees seal the honeycomb using wax. This stage signals that the honey is ready to be harvested.

4. Honey harvesting:
Beekeepers carefully inspect the hives, choosing the right moment to collect. Collection is done with respect for the bees so as not to disrupt their labour process.

5. Honey processing:
The harvested honey is processed, including filtration to remove excess wax and other particles. This ensures the purity and clarity of the honey.

6. Packaging and bagging:
After processing, the honey is packaged in glass jars or other packaging. Carefully calculated portions preserve the freshness and quality of the honey.

7. Ready for distribution:
The honey is now ready to delight us with its delicious flavour and health benefits. The finished product is ready to be shipped to shop shelves or directly to consumers, giving them a unique experience of natural sweetness.
